St. Regis Mumbai is thrilled to introduce Shaiban Hassan as its new Hotel Manager, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. With an impressive background spanning over 15 years in the hospitality sector, Hassan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

Previously, Hassan served as the Hotel Manager at W Goa, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and management capabilities. During his tenure, he effectively oversaw a luxury resort comprising 121 rooms, managed six food and beverage outlets, and led a team of 335 employees.

Before his role at W Goa, Shaiban Hassan held pivotal positions at renowned establishments such as the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles and the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain. His diverse experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, where he played a pivotal role in elevating guest experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth.

With a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, Hassan is well-positioned to contribute significantly to The St. Regis Mumbai’s ongoing success. In his capacity as Hotel Manager, Shaiban Hassan will directly report to the General Manager, overseeing guest satisfaction, team engagement, leadership development, and sales strategy implementation, ensuring the highest standards of excellence are maintained throughout the hotel.
