The Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, actively participated in BLTM, the foremost trade show within the Indian travel industry, which brought together facets of Business, Leisure, and MICE. The event took place on September 29-30, 2023, at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi. The Goa Tourism booth at BLTM served as a vibrant showcase of the state’s multifaceted tourism offerings. These encompassed pristine beaches, lush green forests, a rich heritage and culture, and a lively nightlife scene. The booth also featured a live Goan band and dance performances, offering visitors a delightful taste of Goan culture.
Deepak Narvekar, Deputy General Manager of Marketing at Goa Tourism Development Corporation, expressed their delight in participating at BLTM and extolled Goa’s stature as one of India’s preeminent tourist destinations. He remarked, “Goa’s allure lies in its all-encompassing appeal, from its exquisite beaches and breathtaking landscapes to its vivacious culture and delectable cuisine. Additionally, the team actively participated in numerous networking events and seminars, offering valuable insights into the Goa tourism market.
